Hello friends! The theme for this Linky Party at Craftin Desert Divas is "Shaped Cards"! We would love to see all of your projects that fit this theme! So go ahead and craft it and link it up on the Craftin Desert Diva's Blog.

Every other Monday will mark the beginning of a new semi-weekly Linky Party over
at the CDD blog. We hope you will share your projects with us! And don't forget
about  the prizes! Every Linky Party will have a winner and a Top 3!
The more times you link up...the more chances you have to win!!

Our Sponsors for this Linky Party are:

One 4"x 6" stamp set
One Digi Stamp of choice

$25 Gift Card (Regular Priced Items)

Here is what I made..

I cut my beehive, from Kadoodle Bug Designs' CK Bumble Bears, on watercolor paper then used my Tim Holtz distress inks to 'paint' it.  I also stamped the bees and flowers from the Busy Bees stamp set, on watercolor paper, I colored them with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush watercolor pens.  I used my new Brother Scan n Cut to cut out the bees and flowers!!  But if you have a cutting machine you can purchase the SVG outlines that match this stamp set.  I embossed the sentiment with black embossing powder.  I then welded the two beehives together in my cutting software and cut it in cardstock to make the base of the card and glued the beehive to this.  Added a twine bow and called it done!

I hope you will join us in this challenge!
We love seeing your projects!

Here are all the CDD products I used:

Happy Fall One and All

Hey Crafty Friends!  I am over at the Craftin Desert Diva's blog today sharing a Fall card I made using Thankful Squeaks stamp set (sentiment), Stitched In Circles dies, In Line dies and Couture sequins.  For the 2 larger squares I used the straight stitched die from In Line dies for the stitching around their edges. I embossed the sentiment in gold embossing powder, the leaves are an svg from Kadoodle Bug Designs' Nut'n Better than Fall pattern that I cut on watercolor paper with my Silhouette and colored with Gansai Tambi watercolors.  I added the sequins for a lil bling.

Merry Elfin Christmas!

Hey Crafty Friends!  I am over that Kadoodle Bug Designs blog today!  This is probably the quickest card I've ever done and I love how it turned out!  I did get my inspiration off Pinterest.  That is a great place for all kind of ideas and I love it.  Anyways, for the card I used the pattern Christmas Feet.  I embossed the white layered paper with the Cricut swirls folder. The scalloped layer, white stitched layer and banner are from Craftin Desert Diva's Fancy Frames dies and Mix It Up dies. The saying is from Jaded Blossom's Bah Humbug stamp set.  I hope y'all enjoy!!

RIP!

Hey Crafty Friends!  I am over at the Kadoodle Bug Designs Blog today sharing a Halloween card I made using the Spooktacular Boys cut file.  I made an explosion card to make it look like Frankie is bursting out of his grave!  I used brown paper and inked it with black, put fun foam under it to give it dimension so that it would look like a mound of dirt for a grave.  I love Halloween and for me the spookier the better! LOL  I hope you enjoy!!

Here is my tutorial for an explosion card I made last year.

Happy Halloween

Hey Crafty Friends!  Stoppin' by to share a quick card I made using Kadoodle Bug Designs Cutie KaToodle-Witch Way to the Candy and Craftin Desert Diva's Happy Celebration stamp set.  I just used the hat and candy corn from the pattern.  I water-colored the background using a mix of Tim Holtz's distress ink and Tombow markers, then splattered the card with all the inks.  I then embossed the image using Versafine onyx black ink and clear embossing powder.  I popped dotted the hat and 2 of the candy corns.  Very simple!

Witch Owls

Hey Crafty Friends!  Today I am over at Kadoodle Bug Designs Blog sharing a simple scrapbook page I made using the Cutie KaToodles Witchy Owls from Kadoodle Bug Designs.  I popped dotted the owls to give them dimension.  I used my clear Wink of Stella brush pen on their hats, spider and bubbles.  I inked all the edges with chalk inks.  For the picture frames I used Sizzix Big Shot Large Scallop Square and cut a smaller square to layer inside.  I drew the black lines with a black pen.  So, without further ado here it is:

Mooooo, I mean Booooo!

Hello Crafty Friends!  Today I am sharing a card I made using  a new Cutie KaToodles, Witchy Poo, from Kadoodle Bug Designs.  She is such a sweetie that she forgot to say Boooo! LOL  I also used Craftin Desert Diva's Fancy Frame Dies and Corn Maze Sequins.  I made the title on my cricut design space using a black sharpie marker.  I added stapled some ribbon to the bottom left to fill in the open space.  I used my clear wink of Stella glitter brush pen on the cow and pumpkin's ribbons and the pumpkin's eyes.  Chalked all the edges with chalk inks.  So without further ado here she is......

Hay!

Hello Crafty Friends!  Stoppin by to share my card I made using the new Cutie KaToodles's Scarecrow Cow  and Happy Fall Y'all from Kadoodle Bug Designs.  I am so glad we are getting closer to Fall, which where I live we really don't have a Fall, I still love all the things that go along with it!

I used DCWV burlap paper and the plaid paper is a paper I have had for years.  The cow is made with my stash of scraps.  The flowers are from the Paper Studio from Hobby Lobby.  I inked the edges with chalk inks.  Used Faber-Castell PITT XS black pen for the eyelashes and a white sharpie paint pen for the highlights.
