CDD Craft It Up Link It Up July 4th/Canada Linky Party-Week 1

Happy Monday Everyone!!  

Today begins the first day of the 2 week Craft It Up & Link It Up July 4th/Canada  Linky Party over at Craftin' Desert Diva's blog.

Every other Monday will mark the beginning of a new semi-weekly linky party.  Tara will designate a theme and you're invited to share projects you've made.

Here is the card I made using  Celebrate Freedom, Happy Thoughts, Banner Dies & Freedom Sequins.

I colored the girl with my copics ad paper pieced the flag.  I also made the star from the Banner dies into a 3d star by scoring along the points then folding and pleating.  The stitched rectangle is made from the Banner Dies I just did a technique by Jennifer McGuire called partial die cutting.  I hope you are able to join us over at the Linky Party!!
